
Return & Exchange Policy
- NO refunded is allowed after order and payment is confirmed.
- Exchange can ONLY be requested for defective items that are more than 1cm size. We will return and replacement if it’s reach the exchange enquiry.
- Customers need to bear the postage fee of return and we will only responsibile for reshipment fee.
- Return items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with BLOOMED IT tag.
- If the items has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any return/exchange.
- We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Once we have checked and confirm the items, customer will received their exchange item within 3days after the confirmation.
